There’s a big honkin’ new baby in the jungle.

A female Malayan tapir calf, weighing 129 pounds, is now on display at the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium’s Lied Jungle. The calf was born on Aug. 31 weighing 20.5 pounds, and has already sextupled her birth weight.

Her name is Sariah, and she still has a long way to go. Adult tapirs weigh between 600 and 800 pounds.

Sariah was born to mother Malacca and father Dumadi, each 6 years old. The pair had a calf at the zoo in 2016.

Mother and daughter can be seen in the Jungle intermittently between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. while she acclimates to her new home.

Sariah is one of 32 endangered Malayan tapirs at 16 Association of Zoos and Aquariums accredited zoos. She is expected to stay with her mother for at least two years.
