Nearly 300 people took part in Saturday’s Jingle Bell Run & Walk to support the Arthritis Foundation’s search for a cure to the ailment that affects 300,000 Nebraskans — including 1,500 children. The event, at the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum near Ashland, also featured tributes to the 2015 adult honoree, Chris Tooker, and youth honoree, Hudson Michaud.
