Fans attending the Husker football spring game Saturday can contribute to relief efforts for those affected by the recent flooding in Nebraska and Iowa.

The Red Cross will have volunteers stationed at all entrances of Memorial Stadium to collect cash donations from 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. All funds collected will go toward flood relief.

Only cash will be accepted, and fans are asked to have their donations ready for the bucket upon entry to assist with fans getting to their seats. Volunteers will only be accepting donations at the stadium entrances, and the buckets will not be passed around inside the stadium.

Husker football is also selling shirts ahead of the spring game, with proceeds going to flood relief. Click here for more information.
