Nebraska fans will know early next week whether the Huskers landed two of their top remaining targets. Defensive back Lamar Jackson and receiver Desmond Fitzpatrick both tweeted out their announcement plans Monday.
Jackson has been working with Bleacher Report to create a reveal video — a short and dramatic production that'll end with him announcing his college choice. Basically, it's the new-age hat ceremony (example here).
Jackson tweeted last Tuesday that the plan was for the video to be taped this past weekend. Apparently it'll be released one day before signing day.

Jackson is a 6-foot-3, 206-pound prospect from Elk Grove, Calif. He was on hand for one of Nebraska's bowl practices in Oakland, Calif., last month. He's a four-star recruit who earned a spot in the Under Armour All-America Game.
Then there's Fitzpatrick, who narrowed his list of schools down to four last week. NU, Arizona, Louisville and Indiana. He's previously indicated that he plans to announce his final choice in a week — at 1 p.m. (Central) on Feb. 1. He tweeted Monday that he'll do it at his school's performing arts center.
I will be making my college decision February 1st at 2:00pm in Waterford Mott's PAC— Dez Fitzpatrick0⃣1⃣ (@dezfitz8) January 25, 2016
Fitzpatrick originally committed to Louisville, but he visited Nebraska in November and began reconsidering his options. He's a consensus four-star receiver from Waterford, Mich.
Nebraska's 2016 class currently sits at 18 commits. NU is expected to add about a handful of other prospects to the class.
