LINCOLN — The first 10 games of the Fred Hoiberg era at Nebraska are set as the school announced the nonconference slate Wednesday.

The season will tip Oct. 30 in an exhibition against Doane College. Nebraska then hosts UC Riverside, Southern Utah, South Dakota, South Dakota State and Southern from Nov. 5 to Nov. 22.

The first road action will be at the Cayman Islands Classic from Nov. 25 to Nov. 27. There, NU will play three games against the field of seven — Colorado State, South Florida, Loyola-Chicago, New Mexico State, Old Dominion, George Mason and Washington State are also in the tournament.

The nonconference finishes with a trip to Georgia Tech for the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, then up Interstate 80 against Creighton on Dec. 7. The Huskers then host North Dakota and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
