LINCOLN -- Nebraska finally made official what coaches and players had said for weeks: The Huskers are taking a committee approach with their running backs.

The depth chart released Monday spelled out the lack of a feature back with bolded "OR" designations between the names of sophomore Tre Bryant and juniors Mikale Wilbon and Devine Ozigbo. Bellevue West graduate Jaylin Bradley was listed behind the trio, and NU coach Mike Riley said during his press conference the true freshman will see the field in some capacity this season.

Coaches have a plan for how they will deploy the rushers, Riley said, adding that all will likely get carries but perhaps not in equal measures.

"We're not ready to say who is even going to take the first snap," Riley said. "I know who is, but until we get further along in the week, we'll talk about that. In doing what we did, we feel good about those players. They have all, at times in their past, done good things. So we looked for that consistent growth within that group, within that group individually. And we feel good about all those guys.

"I won't guarantee it (but) my guess is they will all play. And some of them will be specific-situation guys."
