Nebraska junior Jack Stoll made the preseason watch list for the Mackey Award, given annually to the country’s best tight end.

Stoll led all Husker tight ends with 21 catches for 245 yards and three touchdowns last season. He surged in the final five games with 11 catches and two scores.

This is the second straight year Stoll has appeared on the Mackey watch list. This year's he's joined by 59 other tight ends, including eight total from the Big Ten.

A Husker has never won the Mackey Award, which was first given out in 2000.
