Game Predictions: Some, but not many, picking Northwestern to pull off the upset

Most experts expect Nebraska to continue its early season momentum and beat Northwestern on Saturday.

Based on the bulk of predictions, Nebraska will be 4-0 after this weekend.

We rounded up about 70 predictions from national media members, World-Herald staff writers and "The Bottom Line" celebrity pickers for the winner of Saturday's battle between Nebraska and Northwestern. The Huskers are the heavy favorite, but there are a handful calling for the upset.

That lines up with the oddsmakers. As of Friday morning, Vegas has Nebraska as an 8.5-point favorite, a spread that has grown since the line first opened. The Huskers are 2-0-1 against the spread this season.
