A season-by-season look at Will Bolt's playing and coaching career

Will Bolt helped lead Nebraska to the College World Series in 2001 and 2002. He returned to Omaha twice more during his coaching career.

Bolt has made four trips to Omaha as a player and a coach — three with the Huskers and another with Texas A&M. He’s also reached a super regional four times and made four other NCAA tournament appearances.

1999: Bolt led Nebraska in at-bats (227), triples (7) and games played (59) as they went 42-18 and made the NCAA regionals. He had a .278 average with 43 RBIs

2000: Bolt had a .350 average with three home runs and 41 RBIs for NU, which made a super regional and finished 51-17. He was second on the team with 86 hits and 18 stolen bases.

2001: Bolt had a .265 average with 10 doubles and 30 RBIs as the Huskers went 50-16 and made the CWS.

2002: Bolt was fourth on the team with a .319 average and had 18 doubles with 29 RBIs. He was third on the team with 76 hits. Nebraska made the CWS and finished 47-21.

2012: Nebraska, 35-23, 14-10, did not qualify

2013: Nebraska, 29-30, 15-9, did not qualify

2014: Nebraska, 41-21, 18-6, regional

2015: Texas A&M, 50-14, 18-10, super regional

2016: Texas A&M, 49-16, 20-10, super regional
