Comedian Dave Chappelle has booked a pair of shows in Lincoln.

Known for his sketch comedy show "Chappelle's Show" and films such as "Half Baked," Chappelle will bring his stand-up show to the Rococo Theatre in Lincoln for two shows on Oct. 19.

Tickets, $55, go on sale Friday at 1 p.m. via or at the Rococo box office.

Chappelle famously left the popular "Chappelle's Show" in the middle of production, and he mostly stayed away from film, television and stand-up until 2013. He resumed doing regular stand-up gigs, toured with the Oddball Comedy Festival and has appeared on several talk shows including the "Late Show with David Letterman" and "Inside the Actor's Studio."
