Have cabin fever? Go to a party

Youths attending an Omaha Parks and Recreation event Friday will have access to a bounce house.

Spring into Summer, a free park party and concert hosted by Omaha Parks and Recreation, will take place from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday at Omaha’s Zorinsky Lake Park.

The music of Omaha cover band Taxi Driver will be among the highlights of the event.

Family-friendly fun opportunities will be plentiful, including prize giveaways, bounce houses, s’mores, canoeing, archery, a rock wall and key log rolling.

Food trucks will be on hand for purchase of food and drinks; alcoholic beverages will be available during the later stages of the event.

Taxi Driver will begin playing at 7:30.

Party attendees are advised to access the park by the F Street entrance.

More information about the event is available at parks.cityofomaha.org or by calling 402-444-4640.
