Several new restaurants are opening their doors.

» Thirst-Tea Cafe, which has a location in Midtown Crossing, is opening a second location near 76th and Dodge Streets. The boba tea spot has added soft-serve ice cream to its menu, along with flavored waffle cones.

» Pinoy Grill, a new Filipino restaurant, is open in Bellevue. The restaurant, at 204 Galvin Road North, is serving several classic dishes, including tocino chicken, which is sweet-cured chicken slices, and sisig, which is minced pork blended with onions, peppers and chicken liver. Lumpia, Filipinio egg rolls, are also a staple.

» A new Chinese hand-pulled noodle spot, Meisiu Cafe, is open off 76th and Dodge Streets. The restaurant has noodle bowls and soups with proteins, vegetables and broths as well as rice dishes. A website is coming soon; for now, find the restaurant at 7622 Dodge St.
