Ansel’s pastrami Reuben is topped with mild, house-made kraut, as is traditional. Then, instead of Russian dressing, Swiss cheese and rye bread, the sandwich is finished with red pepper aioli, zucchini relish and microgreens, and served on a chewy-crisp rye Noli roll.


The braised pork sandwich, with smoked heirloom tomato, pickled zucchini and an over-medium egg, is one of several breakfast options at Ansel’s.
