Ono Pinay Kitchen, which will focus on Hawaiian and Filipino cuisine, is opening soon in Bellevue.

The restaurant plans a Jan. 12 opening at its Old Towne location, 2221 Madison St. The menu will include lechon, which is roast pork, with garlic fried rice; teriyaki chicken; manapua, which is a Hawaiian bao bun; ensaymada, which is a Latin cheese pastry; and pan de coco, which is a sweet coconut roll.

Ono Pinay began as a vendor at the Bellevue and Papillion farmers market.
