Grammy-winning rapper Nelly is making the trip from St. Louis to play songs such as “St. Louis” as well as “Grillz,” “Hot in Herre,” “Shake Ya Tailfeather” and “Dilemma.” It’s going to be a wild time Thursday at Baxter Arena, especially considering Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is on the bill, too. Tickets via Ticketmaster.

2. Patti LaBelle

The Godmother of Soul is here. The Grammy-winning, iconic singer of “Lady Marmalade,” “You Are My Friend,” “Stir It Up” and more is coming to the Orpheum Theater on Friday. Tickets via Ticket Omaha.

Happy birthday, “Make Yourself”! The alt-rock hitmakers released “Make Yourself” 20 whole years ago, so they’re back on the road celebrating that release by playing the whole thing. Plus, they’ll throw in a few other favorites, too. See them Saturday at the Orpheum Theater. Tickets via Ticket Omaha.

4. Bob Dylan

Dylan and his band are still at it. The 78-year-old music icon is on yet another tour, and he’ll stop at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Saturday. Tickets via Ticketmaster.

5. Justin Townes Earle

The no-nonsense singer-songwriter is back with a new album, “The Saint of Lost Causes,” which Rolling Stone said “lives up to its title, serving as a refreshing reminder of what the songwriter has always done best.” Earle will play The Waiting Room Lounge on Tuesday. Tickets at etix.com.

Blake Shelton will headline a country road show that brings him across the country next year. Boasting fellow stars new and old, including The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson, Trace Adkins and Lauren Alaina, Shelton’s 16-date tour will include a stop in Omaha on March 12. Tickets to see Shelton in Omaha go on sale Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

Alice Cooper is coming to Omaha next year. The “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” “School’s Out,” “Poison” and “Feed My Frankenstein” rocker will play the Orpheum Theater on April 7. “Kiss Me Deadly” rocker Lita Ford will co-headline the show with Cooper. Tickets to see Cooper in Omaha go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday via Ticket Omaha.
