A flight of Kros Strain beer.

Fairy Nectar, a beer made locally by Kros Strain, has become one of the city’s favorites, and now the brewery is giving visitors the chance to see how it’s made.

The La Vista brewery will open its doors for a behind-the-scenes look on April 3. Tours will include the sour fermentation room, the cellar and the bottling line, among other spots.

All ages are welcome, as long as children are with an adult. The tours are free, but visitors must have a ticket. Check in at the bar at least five minutes before the starting time of your tour.

The brewery is at 10411 Portal Road. Tours start at 6 p.m. Tickets are limited, and few remain. Click here for more information.
