If you’re planning to watch the new batch of “Queer Eye” episodes this weekend, keep your eyes peeled for an Omahan.

The furniture and design shop Hutch and its co-owner Nick Huff will be featured on the third season of the Netflix series, which follows a quintet of style experts as they give various people a lifestyle makeover. All episodes of the new season premiere Friday.

The Omaha-based Hutch opened a second location in Kansas City, Missouri, over the summer, just a few months before “Queer Eye” came to town. (Season 3 was shot entirely in Kansas City.)

Lucky for him, Hutch owner Huff already had a “Queer Eye” connection. He’s been friends with Bobby Berk, the show’s interior design expert, for years. Before the show’s Fab Five came to town, the show’s production team reached out to Hutch: Could they help with one of the season’s home makeovers?

Hutch and Huff happily obliged. In Season 3, we’ll see Huff take Berk through the Kansas City store, selecting furniture and accessories for the client’s home. Huff is not sure yet which “Queer Eye” episode he and his shop are in.

Huff also got to help with the home the show was flipping.

“It’s incredible how quickly they can do things and how amazing they can make it look,” Huff said.

“Queer Eye” is Netflix’s 2018-launched reboot of the Bravo series “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.”

The show — the first two seasons of which were filmed in Georgia — has been met with near-unanimous critical praise and a few Emmy Awards, too.
