The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Chicago (and its horn section) are coming back to Council Bluffs.

Add Chicago to the list.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band (and its horn section) will play Stir Cove on May 17.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday via Ticketmaster.

Named after the city in which it was born, the “25 or 6 to 4” and “Saturday in the Park” band has sold more than 38.5 million albums in the United States while earning three No. 1 hits (“Hard to Say I’m Sorry,” “Look Away” and “If You Leave Me Now”) as well as 17 more top-10 singles.

Chicago’s been a popular act at Stir. The band’s 2019 concert will be its fourth show there.

Original band members Robert Lamm, Lee Loughnane and James Pankow still perform with the band.
