TEN PLAYERS TO WATCH

Consistency has been key this season for Scottie Scheffler, who has eight top-10 finishes on the Korn Ferry Tour. Scheffler won the Evans Scholars Invitational in May and has finished second in two other events.

1. SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER (PICTURED)

With eight top-10 finishes in 15 Korn Ferry Tour starts this season — including a win and two runnersup — the Texas alum has been a measure of consistency.Thursday tee time: 7:13 a.m., No. 10 tee

2. XINJUN ZHANG

The Korn Ferry Tour points leader has recorded five top-three finishes this season, including two victories. He ranks second on tour in birdie average and third in putting average.Thursday: 7:24 a.m., No. 10

3. SCOTT HARRINGTON

The 38-year-old secured a finals berth with a final-round 65 and tied for third at last week's TPC Colorado Championship. He was second at his last Pinnacle Bank Championship start in 2017.Thursday: 12:31 p.m., No. 1

4. BRETT COLETTA

With a runner-up finish at Colorado, the Australian moved to No. 25 on the Korn Ferry Tour points list, and could take strides toward his first PGA Tour card with another strong showing.Thursday: 7:13 a.m., No. 1

5. NELSON LEDESMA

With an emotional victory at Colorado, the 28-year-old Argentine moved to No. 4 on The 25 to secure his first PGA Tour card.Thursday: 12:20 p.m., No. 1

6. CHASE SEIFFERT

The Florida State alum secured his first PGA Tour card with a finalround 63 and third-place tie at the LECOM Health Challenge. He is riding a streak of 10 consecutive made cuts.Thursday: 7:13 a.m., No. 10

7. DAWIE VAN DER WALT

The South African nearly completed his country's Triple Crown last week, finishing tied for third in Colorado after his fellow South Africans Dylan Frittelli and Retief Goosen won on the PGA and Champions Tours, respectively.Thursday: 7:35 a.m., No. 1

8. ROBBY SHELTON

The Alabama alum has won twice on the Korn Ferry Tour this season, in addition to six other top 25s. He is one title away from an instant promotion to the PGA Tour (as is Zhang).Thursday: 7:46 a.m., No. 1

9. WILL ZALATORIS

The Wake Forest product secured special temporary membership with a third-place tie at the LECOM Health Challenge this month, and has made seven cuts in nine starts.Thursday: 1:48 p.m., No. 10

10. KRISTOFFER VENTURA

It has been a good time to be an Oklahoma State Cowboy. Ventura won the Utah Championship a week before college teammate Matthew Wolff's PGA Tour victory at the 3M Open.Thursday: 1:15 p.m., No. 1
