Bellevue Schools Superintendent Jeff Rippe:Thoughts and prayers to our friends in Gretna who are dealing with a devastating loss. The @BellevueSchools is here to support you.

Millard Schools Superintendent Jim Sutfin:All of us @MillardPS are praying for our friends in Gretna today. We are so very sorry for your loss.

Ralston Schools Superintendent Mark Adler:When any of our students or families in the Metro area hurt we all share in the grief! Today, the entire Ralston Community is lifting up our friends in Gretna with thoughts, prayers, and any support we can provide!

Westside Schools Superintendent Mike Lucas:My thoughts and prayers are with the community and school system of Gretna after last night's vehicle crash that killed several Gretna High School students.

Omaha Archdiocese Catholic Schools:Prayers to all families involved and the entire community. Such sad news.

Creighton Department of education:The @Teach_CU faculty & staff are praying for all of those impacted by the accident last night in Gretna. This will influence many for a long period of time & our hearts go out to the community, schools, and families. We are here for support.

Coach Paul Beran of Mercy High:The Mercy cross country team and the Mercy community extends our deepest sympathies to Gretna high school and the Gretna community over the devastating loss of four students. May God be with all of you during this most difficult time. #weareallgretnadragons

Some postings feature a ribbon in Gretna's school colors of green, gold and white and the words, "Prayers for Gretna."
