The Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging offers weekday lunch meals to people age 60 and older at its senior citizen centers and with the Meals on Wheels program for homebound elderly in the Omaha area. Menus for senior citizen centers for the week of June 24 (include 1 percent or skim milk):

Monday:Ball park bratwurst, sauerkraut, cheesy hash browns, whole-grain mini hoagie bun, orange.

Tuesday:Lemon pepper chicken breast over white citrus rice, California blend vegetables, whole-grain breadstick with margarine, ambrosia salad.

Wednesday:Beef ravioli with marinara sauce, capri blend vegetables, romaine blend salad dressing, garlic bread, fruit mix.

Thursday:Turkey tetrazzini with whole-grain pasta, peas, chuck wagon corn, whole-grain breadstick with margarine, chocolate chip muffin or diet cookie.

Friday:Sloppy Joe sandwich on a whole-grain hamburger bun, tater tots, mixed vegetables, tropical fruit mix.

Menus for Meals on Wheels for the week of June 24 (include 1 percent milk):

Monday:Ball park bratwurst, sauerkraut, cheesy hash browns, whole-grain mini hoagie bun, orange.
