The Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging offers weekday lunch meals to people age 60 and older at its senior citizen centers and with the Meals on Wheels program for homebound elderly in the Omaha area. Menus for senior citizen centers for the week of June 17 (include 1 percent or skim milk):

Monday:Sweet and sour chicken breast, brown rice pilaf, cauliflower, whole-grain egg roll, cinnamon raisin bread with margarine, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday:Meatball stroganoff with egg noodles, diced beets, romaine blend salad with dressing, petite roll with margarine, cinnamon applesauce.

Wednesday:Cheeseburger meatloaf sandwich on a whole-grain bun with leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion and pickle slices; potato medley; peanut butter cookie or diet cookies.

Thursday:Oven-roasted pork loin in pork gravy, twice-baked whipped potato, crinkle cut carrots, wholegrain dinner roll with margarine, bread pudding or diet pudding.

Friday:Taco salad: taco meat, shredded cheese, diced tomato and diced onion over iceberg lettuce; refried beans; cornbread with margarine; pineapple tidbits.

Menus for Meals on Wheels for the week of June 17 (include 1 percent milk):

Monday:Sweet and sour chicken breast, brown rice pilaf, cauliflower, egg roll, cinnamon raisin bread with margarine, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday:Meatball stroganoff with egg noodles, diced beets, romaine blend salad, dressing, petite roll with margarine, cinnamon applesauce.

Friday:Taco meat, shredded cheese, tomato, lettuce, refried beans, 8-inch flour tortilla, taco sauce, glazed pineapple.
