SENATORS 4, HURRICANES 2: Cody Ceci scored the winning goal early in the third period, and Alex Chiasson, Zack Smith and Mark Stone also scored for Ottawa.

RANGERS 4, MAPLE LEAFS 2: Derek Stepan scored with 1:31 remaining, and Derick Brassard added an empty-netter for his second goal of the game.

SHARKS 2, PANTHERS 1, SO: Joe Pavelski scored the winning goal in the shootout, and San Jose's Martin Jones stopped Jussi Jokinen in the third round to seal it.

LIGHTNING 6, JETS 5, SO: Steven Stamkos scored in the fifth round of the shootout and Tampa Bay rebounded after blowing a three-goal lead.

BLUES 2, KINGS 1, OT: Jaden Schwartz scored 1:40 into overtime, and Brian Elliott stopped 34 of 35 shots.

PREDATORS 2, BRUINS 0: Pekka Rinne made 29 saves and Filip Forsberg had a goal and an assist as Nashville won its second in three games. Craig Smith also scored, and Mike Ribeiro had two assists.

WILD 5, OILERS 2: Matt Dumba, Thomas Vanek and Mikael Granlund each had a goal and an assist, and Minnesota won for the third straight time under interim coach John Torchetti.

COYOTES 6, STARS 3: Maxi Domi had two goals and an assist, linemate Anthony Duclair had three assists and Arizona raced past the NHL's top-scoring team to win consecutive games for the first time in nearly a month.
