This week: at UNO • The Fighting Hawks bounced back from being swept at Denver to win twice to keep pace with St. Cloud State in the NCHC title chase.

3. DENVER

This week: at Western Michigan • The Pioneers extended their winning streak to five games with a decisive win over Colorado College on Saturday in the Battle on Blake at Coors Field.

4. MIAMI

13-14-3, 7-11-2-2 (TIE-16TH)

This week: Colorado College • The Red Hawks got the split they needed at Western Michigan to pull even with UNO and Minnesota Duluth in the race for home ice in the playoffs.

5. UNO

18-11-1, 8-11-1 (11TH)

This week: North Dakota • The Mavericks have been swept in three of their last four series at Baxter Arena and are trending the wrong way as North Dakota comes to town.

6. MINNESOTA DULUTH

This week: at St. Cloud State • The Bulldogs, picked to win the NCHC in the preseason, sit three games under .500 overall and in the league with four outings remaining.

7. WESTERN MICHIGAN

This week: Denver • It took awhile, but the Broncos finally recorded their first win since the holiday break by taking their series finale with Miami at home.

8. COLORADO COLLEGE

6-23-1, 4-15-1 (53RD)

This week: at Miami • The Tigers may have lost five straight games, but playing in front of 35,144 fans at Coors Field had to be an unbelievably cool experience.
