Sunday Night Ramen will host a one-night-only pop-up dinner at Block 16.

SUNDAY NIGHT RAMEN— the crew that has twice taken the top prize at the annual Omaha Ramen Festival — has planned a one-night-only pop up at Block 16.

The Feb. 21 dinner will include five Asian courses at three seating times: 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The $53.74 ticket price includes the meal, water service, fees and taxes.

The menu will include a first course of warm silken tofu in a nori-infused white shoyu topped with avocado crema and togarashi; a second course of tuna poke with spicy sprout and green onion salad on a wonton crisp; third course of a pork belly steam bun, hand-made gyoza and a beet pickled miso deviled egg with assorted house pickled vegetables; a fourth course of miso ramen with pork and chicken broth, char siu, marinated egg, corn, green onion, butter, and nori; and a final course of a Nutella wonton and green matcha ice cream.

Beverages will be available for purchase, cash only, the day of the event. The organizers plan to have a nonalcoholic green tea lemonade, sake punch and two Japanese beers.

Diners are asked to arrive on time for their preferred seating as chefs will present a description of each course. Block 16 is at 1611 Farnam St.
