Two business leaders and one Omaha institution were recognized for their community contributions Tuesday at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting.

Phil Moyer, a vice president at First National Bank, received the "Chairman's Award of Excellence" for producing exceptional membership sales and retention results for the chamber.

Elizabeth Mazzotta, a vice president at Mutual of Omaha, was presented with the "Volunteer of the Year Award" for taking the lead in promoting the chamber's initiatives.

The University of Nebraska Medical Center received "Headliner of the Year Award" for improving the Omaha area's national visibility by its positive contributions.

Chuck Hagel, former U.S. secretary of defense and former U.S. senator from Nebraska, gave the meeting's keynote address, which was held at Omaha's Century Link Center.
