More than 30 museums in Nebraska and Iowa will offer free admission on Saturday as part of a national event organized by Smithsonian magazine.

The 11th annual Museum Day Live! event invites the public to visit participating museums across the country for free, Saturday only, by downloading a ticket online.

To print a ticket, go to Each is good for two people per household. Additional guests will have to pay at museums that have admission charges. A ticket grants access to one museum.
