The Bluejays return eight starters from last year’s team, which finished ranked fourth after compiling a 17-4-3 record and earning a second consecutive College Cup appearance. The Jays ranked third in last season’s NSCAA preseason poll.

Fellow Big East schools Georgetown (No. 3) and Marquette (No. 12) were also in the latest rankings.

College Soccer News ranked the Creighton men’s soccer team fourth in its preseason poll, released July 24.
