NOTICE OF RECORDING PARTIAL TERMINATION OF NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT

A Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement has been recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Sarpy County, Nebraska on July 6, 2018 as Instrument No. 2018-15382, relating to the real estate being improved described as:

Parcel 1:

The real estate formerly descri bed as part of the West half of the Northeast quarter of Sec tion 14, Township 13 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska lying North of U.S. Highway 6 descri bed as follows: Beginning at a 5/8" rebar at the North quarter corner of said Section 14; thence North 89° 28' 09" East (assumed bearings) for 1,327.24 feet to a 3/4" sold bar at the Northeast corner of North west quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14; thence South 00° 16' 34" West for 1,416.93 feet on the East line of said West half of the Northeast quarter to a 5/8" re bar in the North Right of Way line of U.S. Highway 6; thence on the North Right of Way line of Highway 6 for the following three (3) courses: 1. Thence South 56° 22' 54" West for 158.44 feet; 2. Thence South 47° 50' 59" West for 338.08 feet; 3. Thence South 56° 35' 14" West for 1,132.85 feet to a 1" open top pipe in the West line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14; thence North 00° 11' 30" East for 2,343.05 feet to the point of beginning.

NOTE: A 5/8" rebar with 1 1/4" yellow plastic cap stamped LS 693 is set at the corners of the described area unless other wise noted.

Part of the West half of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 13 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, lying South of U.S. Highway 6, described as follows: Commencing at a chiseled "X" in concrete at the Southeast corner of the South west quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14; thence North 00° 15' 57" East (assumed bearings) for 110.01 feet on the East line of said Southwest quarter to a 5/8" re bar with 1 1/4" red plastic cap stamped LS 587 in the North Right of Way line of Melia Road to the true point of beginning; thence South 88° 42' 38" West for 914.30 feet on said North Right of Way line; thence North 67° 06' 17" West for 329.05 feet continuing on said North Right of Way line to the South Right of Way line of U.S. High way 6; thence on said South Right of Way line for the follow ing three (3) courses; 1. Thence North 56° 35' 14" East for 1,086.31 feet; 2. Thence 73° 14' 25" East for 133.73 feet; 3. Thence North 55° 30' 01" East for 226.21 feet to the East line of said Southwest quarter; thence South 00" 15' 57" West 872.33 feet to the point of beginning.

The name and address of the contracting owner and fee simple owner is NC Ventures, LLC, 11550 I Street, Suite 200, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. The Notice of Commencement was recorded on June 19, 2017 as Instrument Number 2017-14146 in the records of Sarpy County Register of Deeds. The Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement terminates the Notice of Commencement as to the portion of the real estate hereinafter described effective as of August 7, 2018. The Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement applies only to that portion of the real estate subject to the Notice of Commencement described as Lot 2, NC Industrial Park North, a Subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska, and Lot 14, NC Industrial Park North, a Subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. All lien claims for which a notice of lien is not recorded by the termination date may be defeated by a transfer of the real estate.
