Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you'll find the peace and stillness inherent in the garden. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that combines deep stretching and relaxation. This more meditative practice helps to lengthen ligaments, soften joints, and improve flexibility over time. Connect with nature and yourself in these yoga workshops for all levels, led by Suzanne Wright. Workshops will be held outdoors from April through October (weather permitting) and will be held indoors from November through March. Please bring a mat or towel.
