UNO's rally falls short against North Dakota

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — North Dakota grabbed momentum with a tiebreaking goal 35 seconds into the third period, then held off a late UNO rally and added an empty-net goal in the closing seconds for a 4-2 victory Friday night.
Michael Parks' eighth goal of the season gave No. 16 North Dakota a 2-1 lead early in the third period.
