High stakes abound in Cox Classic
The $800,000 Cox Classic, which will determine the first 25 qualifiers for next season’s PGA Tour, is being played at Champions Run for the 18th consecutive year.

PGA Tour Commissioner Tim Finchem held a revival meeting Wednesday for saving Omaha as a premier stop on the Web.com golf tour.
“Having him here says tons about what (the tour) thinks about Omaha,” said pro golfer Scott Gutschewski, an Omaha native.
