Louisville comes to CWS with loftier expectations

The difference in the Louisville team that Dan McDonnell is bringing to the College World Series this year and the one he brought to Omaha in 2007 might best be illustrated by how each club reacted to making the NCAA tournament.
Pandemonium reigned in the Cardinals' locker room in 2007 when it was announced that they had been made a No. 3 seed and were headed for a regional in Missouri.
