Easley, Kelley qualify for U.S. Mid-Amateur

David Easley of Lincoln and Tom Kelley of Omaha qualified for the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship in sectional qualifying Tuesday at The Player's Club.

Easley was medalist with a 3-under-par 68. Kelley finished second with a 69. They will compete in the U.S. Mid Amateur Oct. 5 to 10 at The Country Club of Birmingham (Ala.).
