Vandals cause $20,000 in damage at Bellevue East

Police are looking for two suspects who broke into Bellevue East High School Thursday morning causing an estimated $20,000 in damage.

Two white males entered the school at 1401 High School Drive by breaking through a top floor window, said Investigator Laurie Synowiecki, a spokeswoman for the Bellevue Police Department.

The suspects rummaged through the administrative office and obtained keys to other rooms in the building. They stole three laptops, a camera and an undetermined amount of cash.

Police have not identified any suspects and are investigating the incident.
