Bellevue is home to one of Inc. magazine’s fastest growing private businesses in the nation.

CSSS.NET, a leading provider of mission-critical technology solutions, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list, which rates businesses on their growth rate.

The company has grown 52 percent the past three years, earning it a ranking of 40 on the list.

It has been on the list, among other fast-growing companies in Washington, D.C., for three years in a row and six times total.

Lisa Wolford, CEO and president, said she owes a lot of the company’s success to continually making improvements and changing.

Wolford said improvements show people she works with and for that she is being an innovator and a leader in her field.

“When you’re constantly focusing on improving, the value you are providing, people are drawn to work with that environment,” Wolford said. “That’s exciting to people.”

Though she moved the company’s headquarters to Washington, D.C., in July, there is still a lot of work done out of the Bellevue office, which is located at 3906 Raynor Parkway.

She said that people from the Midwest are hard workers and have a great work ethic, and she has also had a great working relationship with Stratcom since 2001.

“I love the Midwest,” she said. “The Midwest is a good place to work.”
