To hear its many critics, there’s not a lot to love in the latest federal budget deal.
Conservatives bristled at the $63 billion, two-year increase in spending that will roll back some sequester budget cuts. Liberals were unhappy with its failure to extend emergency unemployment benefits, now set to expire Dec. 28.
