The capture of the al-Qaida leader known as Anas al-Libi, grabbed by U.S. commandos on the streets of Tripoli, should serve as a warning to terrorists everywhere. Al-Libi was wanted on charges of planning al-Qaida’s 1998 bombing of American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, which killed more than 224 and wounded 5,000. His capture is a victory against terrorism, one that could yield valuable information about al-Qaida and its plans. It also lets terrorists know that no matter what forlorn parts of the world they choose to hide in, the United States will be relentless in seeking justice for the victims of their despicable acts.
