Westside Community Schools' general fund spending would be nearly the same as during the 2012-13 fiscal year under a budget proposal laid out Monday.
The proposal, offered during a public hearing, calls for spending of $71.5 million, up 0.4 percent from last year's budget of nearly $71.3million.
