Westside Community Schools teachers will see a 4.84 percent increase in their total salary and benefits package next year under a one-year contract the school board approved Tuesday.
Increases in health insurance benefits make up about 40 percent of the package, said Enid Schonewise, assistant superintendent for human resources. The package also includes two one-time salary adjustments. The first is a $1,000 salary increase. The second is a longevity adjustment of between $100 and $1,000, based on years of service.
