UNL summer graduation marks first public event at Lincoln's Pinnacle Bank Arena
In the first public event at the Pinnacle Bank Arena, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln holds its summer commencement for graduate students. Among the 330 graduates expected for the undergraduate ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Saturday are 57 who graduated in May and are walking across the stage because of an invitation from UNL Chancellor Harvey Perlman. Their ceremony, scheduled for Memorial Stadium, was rained out.
