LINCOLN — After raising $13.5 million toward a $25 million campaign to expand Catholic student services at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the Newman Center will soon begin construction of a new Catholic church on the campus.
The new St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, with a sanctuary that seats 650, is expected to be completed in late fall of 2014.
