LINCOLN — The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska has convinced a tribal court judge that it has the authority to tax alcohol sales in the village of Pender.
The six-year-old legal dispute now moves to U.S. District Court in Lincoln, where a federal judge could issue a final ruling in the fall.
