LINCOLN — The company behind the Keystone XL pipeline plans to keep negotiating with Nebraska property owners despite a recent court ruling that was supposed to have brought the project to a standstill.
A judge last week voided the 2012 Nebraska law used to route the pipeline and ordered the governor and other state officials not to enforce it.
