LINCOLN — Nebraska lawmakers spent their last morning of the session the way they spent most other days — making slow, painful progress through the agenda.
State Sen. Ernie Chambers of Omaha took the opportunity to tell returning colleagues he will continue his crusade against mountain lion hunting next year.
