Storms whip up winds in Nebraska Panhandle, toppling semis 2 days in a row
It's snowing in April! At least that's the case in Hemingford, Neb.

The stalled-out weather system that is hammering the southeast has whipped up extreme winds in the Nebraska Panhandle, toppling semitrailers two days in a row.
The system also has brought heavy, wet snow to some areas of northwest Nebraska as well as rain across a broader area.
