The hailstorm hadn't even left its final mark on western Douglas County when the phones began ringing with reports of damage.
Brenda Strohbehn, a State Farm agent associate in Omaha, said some customers were eager to get a jump on claims and left her voicemail Tuesday night as the storm moved through. The phones continued “to ring off the hook” Wednesday morning, she said.
