Sarpy County made a pitch for a new data center north of Springfield with an application for state aid in support of the $200 million project.
The County Board voted Tuesday to apply for a $750,000 grant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development that would help pave roads and bring water lines out to the 140-acre site at 144th Street and Schram Road.
