A Sarpy County Board candidate has a lengthy court record that includes two child neglect cases, an unpaid credit card bill that prompted a lawsuit and numerous driving-related violations that led to a suspended license.
Levi Lippincott, the 29-year-old chairman of the Sarpy County Republican Party, is running for the board's District 2 seat.
