The fate of 33 acres at Cornhusker and Fort Crook Roads in Bellevue is still uncertain, though city officials have high hopes for the property.
Lockwood Development, which has an option to buy the land for $2.65 million, has asked for a second extension on its contract. The Bellevue City Council granted that extension Monday night, pushing the final deadline to March 1.
